Love of Reading

What an incredible day Morice Town Primary Academy had celebrating World Book Day! It was a joyous occasion filled with a shared love for reading, inspiring stories, and literary adventures.

From discussing their favourite books to discovering new authors, the day reminded everyone of the power of literature to connect, inspire, and transport us to different worlds. Whether you were lost in a gripping novel, exchanging recommendations with friends, or simply sharing your reading experiences, it was truly a day to remember! 

A huge thank you goes to Miss Humphries for her fantastic organisation and to amazing PTFA for running the snack sale during our book sale. Thanks to everyone’s generosity and enthusiasm, Morice Town raised an impressive £200 for new books for the library!

Morice Town are so grateful to everyone who participated and helped make this day a success. Here’s to many more celebrations of the magic of books!
